Michael Mosko
Founder

Michael Mosko has worked across virtually all levels of the media industry spanning over a 20 year career. He “grew up” in the business on the advertising sales side of the industry in radio, cable and broadcast TV. Michael moved up through the ranks, selling advertising directly to clients and to ad agencies with customized, client-specific marketing plans.

His experience as a business development account executive taught him the absolute need to understand a client ’s business intimately before then addressing their specific marketing needs. During his years of working with advertising agencies nationwide, Michael learned the fundamentals of media planning and buying, as well as the practices and philosophies employed by strongest media agencies. His experience in sales management, specifically his 5 years as V.P. / Director of Sales at the FOX Owned and Operated WTTG-TV in Washington DC, gave him intimate knowledge of the operational issues and, more importantly, the full spectrum of opportunities that exist for advertisers on a media outlet.

In addition to Michael’s hands -on business background, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, TV and Film from University of Maryland at College Park. Michael lives in Bethesda, MD with his 5 children.

Sara Devine
Senior Partner, Digital Media

Sara heads up media operations and is an experienced expert in display, paid search marketing and social. She leads the digital media buying and operations, particularly on the paid search, social, and display media side.

Over the last eight years at Voice Media, she has worked across clients providing strategic guidance on digital platforms and cross-media integration. Working with clients to build successful programs within the health care, pharma, retail, auto, advocacy, and financial verticals, she brings a skill set honed at large Fortune 50 companies with large budgets to builds campaigns at any budget level that meet and exceed client expectations for results.

Prior to Voice Media, Sara worked in roles managing social media strategy and content development and overseeing digital media integration at Volkswagen of America and Sprint Nextel. It was within these organizations she was able to develop a strong discipline in all aspects of digital media and marketing.

Sara also served as director of interactive marketing at Revolution Health, a health-related portal site and social network. During her tenure there, she oversaw the company ’s website launch.

Sara is a native of the Washington DC area and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in history and political science.
